Westminster Associates had built a business with real depth, energy and belief over more than 20 years. But from the outside, they were being boxed in – seen as just another Insights provider in a crowded market.
That label didn’t reflect the reality – years of people, development and business transformation expertise.
Because what they actually do goes far beyond profiling. It’s about unlocking how people grow, how teams connect, and how that transformation drives better businesses. The challenge was clear: help them step out from the category they’d outgrown and show the world who they really are.
The Approach
We started by digging deep. Through workshops, conversations and plenty of honest reflection, we worked with the team to uncover what’s always been true at the heart of Westminster Associates – but never fully articulated; why they do what they do, why they still love it – and why it matters.
What surfaced was simple but powerful: human connection. A business built on helping individuals, leaders and teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
From there, we translated that truth into something visible and tangible. A refreshed brand identity, evolved tone of voice, and a clearer story – all designed to reflect not just who they are today, but where they’re heading.
Everything was grounded in reality – bringing to the surface what had been there all along.

Westminster Associates now show up as the business they’ve always been on the inside. They have a brand that feels human, confident and full of intent – one that stands apart in their space and gives them a stronger, more distinctive presence in the market.
Internally, there’s complete clarity and alignment. A shared sense of purpose, values and behaviours the whole team can stand behind – and actually use.
Externally, there’s impact. Together, we built an inside-out brand that reflects their expertise, connects on a human level, and is built to grow with them and their clients.
And it didn’t stop at strategy… We equipped the team with a full suite of brand assets, supported the launch of the new identity, and helped bring it to life through an entirely new website – ensuring the brand shows up consistently and confidently at every touchpoint.
