The Challenge.

A SaaS tech platform born out of frustration in the order management world for SME’s. The key here was to understand the audiences and create a brand that would cut through the noise, connect with the core audiences, and change behaviour.

The Approach.

Immersion sessions, persona development and a workshop, allowed us to take the team out of their comfort zone and create a brand that was fit for purpose and relevant to the core audience.

The Result

Our unique approach immediately identified a need to change the proposed name, which was embraced as part of the new brand reveal. All the work allowed this to be a ‘no brainer, and as such, was welcomed, and we created a broad range of assets for the team to use to drive business, attract employees and make some noise in the market ready for launch.
